How soon can we
schedule our fundraiser?
We require a 6 - 8 week turn-around time from the time your
order is placed to delivery of your "sample" cards and order forms.
Sometimes we can cut this time if circumstances require this.
However, remember your School Spirit Fundraising Discount Cards are
uniquely designed for exclusive use by your school.
This requires a special production run just for you.
(We do not mass produce cards that all schools can use.)
Usually the more advance notice we have, the better the offers that will
be appearing on your card as we can be very selective when it comes to
offering space to your area's participating businesses.
Do we have to get the
sponsoring area businesses?
No. We do this for you as we select from
various business types in your area. After this is done, we will notify
you with the details of the participating businesses and their offers. (If
you would like to select the businesses you would like us to contact - and
negotiate with - on your behalf, we have an "Area Business Selection Form"
that we can email to you.)
How many sponsoring
businesses will be on our card?
It varies between 9 - 18 depending upon your area and the number
of cards ordered.

How and when do we pay
for the cards we sell?
One week after the mutually agreed upon end date of your fundraiser
payment is due for the ordered cards.
What is our upfront
cost?
Nothing. We do the work of producing your
exclusive School Spirit Fundraising Discount Card as well as bear
all production costs for the cards and promotional materials.
Suppose we cancel the
fundraiser, are we charged?
It would depend on what stage we are in. If you cancel prior to
our contacting area businesses there would not be any charge. If,
however, we have already begun (or completed) the process, you will be
billed for the work performed.
Can we put our logo on
our card?
Absolutely. The front of the card contains all of the information unique
to your school: your logo, website (if any)...
It is a great means of keeping your school’s name in front of everyone who
purchases your School Spirit Fundraising Discount Card
each time it is used.
Can we select the 2
colors on the card?
All School Spirit Fundraising Discount Cards are
processed with using two colors:
RED
and NAVY.
On orders exceeding 1,000 cards, you may select two standard ink colors.
Why should we use
School Spirit Fundraising Discount Cards as our fundraiser?
A few reasons:

purchasing your School Spirit Fundraising Discount Card will use it

Selling. Our School Spirit
Fundraising Discount Cards practically sell themselves. Each
card contains special offers from your area businesses. Quite a value
for anyone who purchases your card. (Matter of fact
they will eagerly await next year's School Spirit Fundraising
Discount Card making it an easier sell!!!)
3. Highly
Profitable. You will earn $5 for each $10 School
Spirit Fundraising Discount Card
sold…and
with increased card sales (and
Bonus
Cards) this amount can yield a 100% profit.
Is their a minimum number of students suitable for your fundraiser?
The student population should be
250 and above. For student populations less than this amount we suggest
our pizza card fundraiser.
Does it matter if our school is located in a city or rural community?
Yes. Unfortunately we are unable
to offer our School Spirit Card fundraiser to any school which is not
located within a 5 mile radius of a city or town having a population of
50,000 or more. We have found this to be necessary in order to secure
local, sponsoring businesses for your School Spirit Card fundraising
program.
